Once your order arrives to your country, you will be asked to submit a copy of your ID and a valid mobile number in order to clear your order from the customs.
You'll be notified of this via SMS, e-mail or phone call.
If no contact can be made and no reply has been received within 9 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to Daniel Wellington. We'll issue a refund for your order once it arrives back at our Swedish warehouse, if it was already paid online.
We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
Yes of course! Add the receiver’s name and address in the “shipping address” field at the checkout.
However, in certain countries outside of the EU and the Gulf Cooperation Council, the receiver may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery of the parcel.

Yes as long as it is in the same shipping country. We cannot update the shipping country. In the event you want to update your address within the same country, please send us an email here with the complete new address and a valid phone number.
