These contest terms and conditions are applicable to JFT Trading (India) Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “DW”) contest held between November 6, 2020 till November 14, 2020 (the “Contest”)

1.1 You can participate by:
i. tag a friend on the contest post to participate and follow the page and send the solved crossword as a Direct Message on messenger;

ii. upload the solved crossword on your Facebook profile where you nominate a friend to participate and follow the page. The post must be posted along with the hashtags #dwali and #danielwellington; or
1.2 Your Facebook profile must be public in order for DW to view the participant’s uploaded post and to confirm usage of the hashtags.

2.1 The duration of the Contest is from November 6, 2020 to November 14, 2020, these days included.
2.2 Three winners will be announced through DW India official Facebook account within 5 days after the end date of the Contest.
2.3 The three winners will be chosen on a random basis by DW and they will win a classic bracelet for their tagged friend and themselves.
2.4 The prize is subject to availability and DW reserves its right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value.
2.5 The winners will be contacted through DW India’s official Facebook page or by email. In case the winners cannot be reached or do not claim the prize within a time period of 14 days from the date of receiving notification, DW reserves its rights to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

3.1 The Contest is open to participants residing in India only.
3.2 All participants must be of the age of 18 years or over when the Contest starts. Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number, an email-id and a Facebook account.
3.3 No purchase is required for participation in the Contest.
3.4 DW shall not charge any amount for participating in the Contest and the sole criteria for participating shall be submitting entries in the manner stipulated above in Section 1.
3.5 Employees of DW, family members of employees of DW and organizations related to the Contest are excluded from entering the Contest.

4.1 This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
4.2 Mere participation to the Contest should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of DW to select a participant as the winner.
4.3 The winners among the participants will be chosen based on chance and the above-mentioned criteria and no other criteria whatsoever.
4.4 This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest shall be directed to DW.
4.5 DW reserves its right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without liability
4.6 To the extent only permitted by law, DW reserves its right to use the winners image, photograph, name and likeness in post promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing, or promotional material in any media by any means throughout India for any purpose connected with the Contest and/or DW’s products without any additional compensation or prior notice.
4.7 Copyrighted, obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered when choosing a winner. DW retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
4.8 DW reserves its right to request proof of a participant’s eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Contest.

4.9 Subject to applicable laws, DW shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Contest or accepting any part of the prize thereof.
4.10 The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep DW harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by DW due to the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein.
4.11 Any disputes, differences and/or any other matters in relation to and arising out of this Contest and/or pertaining to these terms and conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai alone. The Rules of Indian Council of Arbitration (the "Rules") shall apply to the arbitration proceedings and the arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator to be appointed as per the Rules.
