• You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. Instructions given below.

• “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order for us to accept your return.

• The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

• Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

• Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

• Daniel Wellington does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

• Once the pick up is done, refund/exchange shall get processed/created within 16-18 business days. (This may vary depending on circumstances like location, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of Daniel Wellington’s and courier’s control.)

How to return your order:

• Customers are required to return the product in its original packaging to the pickup person without sealing it. Pickup person will do the basic Quality Check and collect the product. There is no need to take a print and paste any return label on the box.

• Customers should ask for an acknowledgement slip while handing over the package to the pickup person, as it is a mandatory requirement for tracking the order.

• In case of any missing / damaged product, Customers are required to send an email to customerservice.india@danielwellington.com along with the images of the product and outer packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
