IS SHIPPING FREE?

To give you the best shopping experience, we do not charge any shipping fee for your orders. There is no minimum value order requirement on any purchase.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• On successfully placing the order, in case of prepaid orders, the order will be shipped within 24-48 working hours. You will receive an email from our courier partner, ‘MyPacco’ containing your package’s tracking information and expected date of delivery.

CAN I SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes of course! Add the receiver’s name and address in the “shipping address” field at the checkout.


CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes as long as it is in the same shipping country. We cannot update the shipping country. In the event you want to update your address within the same country, please send us an email here with the complete new address and a valid phone number.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• The estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 business days, once the order gets shipped from the warehouse.

• Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address and phone number (Building name, flat no, area / sector, City, Pin code, state, and nearest landmark) to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
