If you place an order between 19th November - 30th November 2020, you can return the products until 31st December 2020. Please note, the return policy reverts to 30 days for orders placed on 1st December 2020 and onwards.

We offer free returns on all our products. You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and in the same condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund; the product (s) cannot be returned to a local dealer.

Please note that you may be charged the shipping costs for returning this package to us.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.

The campaign offer is based on the amount of the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer and the gift is being kept, the free gift will be charged.

Daniel Wellington is not responsible for lost items during the return.
