RETURN POLICY


Black Friday Special Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Just for the holiday season, if you placed an order between November 20 to December 6, 2020, you could return the products until January 7, 2021. Please take note that the return policy reverts to 30 days for orders placed on December 7, 2020 onwards.

• Please note that 50% items are on Final Sale. These items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

• The campaign offer is based on the amount of the original purchase. In case of a return where you do no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer and the gift is being kept, the free gift will be charged.

• “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.”

• The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received. Kindly note that you may be subject to shipping expenses in the event that you wish to return your order from a location that is outside of UPS coverage. Daniel Wellington does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

• Please note Returns are only applicable for items coming from Canada and that additional policies may be applied during promotion period.

You have the right to return any product you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
