Very bad customer services, your representative just disappeared suddenly while in the middle of email conversation n follow up my exchange case, it had been lost contact in 2 weeks already, never reply me again. What a shame.
We sincerely apologize for the silence you’ve experienced. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we truly regret the frustration this delay has caused. Please be assured that we are looking into your case immediately. A member of our customer service team will contact you directly to resolve this.
