The Quadro Mini Melrose Onyx is both a minimalist rose gold watch and an elegant bracelet. Its rectangular case, measuring 15.4 x 18.2 mm—the most compact in the Daniel Wellington collection—houses a sunray black dial adorned with just two indices, nothing more. The fine rose gold mesh strap extends seamlessly from the case, so that on the wrist, the boundary between watch and jewellery disappears.
The onyx sunray dial plays with the light depending on the viewing angle, shifting from deep black to subtle highlights that add depth to its deliberately pared-back surface. Two indices are all you need to tell the time without cluttering the dial.
The Milanese strap in stainless steel mimics the texture of a soft, lightweight metallic fabric. Its sliding clasp allows precise adjustment from 124 to 185 mm, fitting both slender and wider wrists comfortably.
The rose gold PVD coating covers every component, from the case to the clasp, in a warm, continuous shade that pairs naturally with other rose gold jewellery worn alongside.
The strap is interchangeable thanks to a spring bar system: a Pressed St Mawes or Pressed Sheffield leather strap can replace the mesh strap in seconds, without tools, allowing this rectangular women’s watch to match any outfit.
