  5. Honestly if you are far from a store the online service is really horrible and maybe do not try to purchase using it. The ring itself is beautiful but it was unfortunately big and there is no exchange option for south africans, resulting in possible additional fees for repurchasing long return wait and refund times so maybe dont purchase online and go to store instead you might have a better experience.
