We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.

Yes, the watch is compatible with interchangeable 6 mm straps in different materials and colours, allowing you to personalise its style for any occasion.
Is it water-resistant for everyday use?
The watch is water-resistant up to 3 ATM, making it suitable for splashes and light rain, but not for showering or swimming.
How do I adjust the length of the bracelet?
The bracelet features adjustable rings, allowing you to choose between four lengths: 155 mm, 165 mm, 175 mm, and 185 mm.
Is it suitable for small wrists?
Yes, especially the 28 mm version, which is very comfortable for slender wrists, fitting between 135 and 175 mm, while the 32 mm version fits between 137 and 177 mm.
Does it need batteries or is it self-winding?
The watch runs on Japanese quartz movement which requires a standard battery; it is not self-winding and does not need manual winding.
